Utillitarianism

it might seem wrong that the photographer is looking out the window watching his nieghbors but what if he never did. what if his nieghbor really killed his wife and would get away with it. what if every crime scene there wasnt a snoopy nieghbor who would know what happen ? there would a million and things going bad and people would never get punished for it. there would be no one for the cops to get their information from. it would be impossible. its the greater good to invade a little of their privacy i mean his nieghbors do have there curtians wide open for people to watch .
