Not once does Jeff ever take a picture and record anything as evidence with the camera. He only uses it to zoom in on the different characters through the window. I don't understand why he does this. I think it's jus another way Hitchcock shows that people jus get a kick out of watching others and seeing them do things in their everyday life.
