I noticed that Mr. Jeffries questions that the man ,who is questioned of killing his wife, didn't tell his land lord that his wife was leaving and that was weird at that time. Then Mr. Jeffries himself is doing something weird for back then by having an unannouced geuss ,his girlfriend, stay over or whatever you were suppose to do back then. Its kinda like being a hippercrat.

Mr.Jeffries seems to think he knows everyone in his neighborhood without actually meeting them , specially with the sales guy , he automatically accused him of killing his wife but what he doesn't know is that the sales man;s wife left during the middle of the night and leaves him to ponder where the wife is at. he automatically starts judging him and labeling him as a Murderer with out know his whole situation
